And there’s always that 3 week vortex of sharpening obsession that all woodworkers power through. Thankfully, mine ended briefly before I spent big bucks on any fancy contraptions.
Olive Imitates the Robot
Who said walls need to be boring. We asked our friend to paint this kitchenbot for us. We miss it.
Painting kitchen cabinets – 33 doors
First big project at the house. We tore down all of the kitchen cabinets after carefully labeling all of the doors and their uniquely bent hardware. Then we laid them out on the garage floor for a new coat of paint.
Tablesaw Router/Sander Table
It’s alive. Just finished up the new router table extension to my table saw. This baby’s got it all.
- Custom level adjustment
- Dual aluminum t-track and miter track
- Doubles as a oscillating spindle sander table
- Made from 90% recycled parts
I mounted a dewalt plunge router to the plate for easy adjusting. I’ll probably replace that with a standard porter cable router once I get a nice lift. I found a nice company that can provide a custom wholesale wire harness that I can use to run all the cabling I want for it to run smoothly and best of all, it looks really clean.
This addition to the table saw will allow the fence to perform double duty for both the saw and the router.
